Greg Williams

imageFor the first twenty years of his working life, Greg was a plumber and gasfitter just like all the men in his family of origin. The problem was he didn't like what he was doing and his body began to break down under the emotional and physical strain of providing for an ever-growing family for over 70 hours a week while resenting every moment of his work.

In 2000, he experienced a series of losses and crises both personally and professionally, which led him to look within himself and find out who he was and what he was passionate about. What he discovered was that he was a gifted Bodyworker and a thoughtful and adept counselor.

Greg wasted no time and became trained in Brandon Raynor's method of massage and aromatherapy, as well as Errol Clarke and Trevor Kendall's therapeutic bodywork techniques. He also learned cranial sacral therapy techniques from master Bodyworkers, Graeme and Gayle O'Brien, who, over the next six years also trained him and his wife, Darlene, in advanced group facilitation techniques.

Today, almost eight years after his soul-searching began, he is a very successful masseur, body worker and counsellor.

His massage and Bodywork supports the body to heal itself, through the reconnection of the Bodymind (subconscious) to the physical body and the conscious thinking mind.

Because Greg has experienced and resolved his own pain on mental, physical, emotional and spiritual levels, and gained years of counseling and bodywork training he is able to support and guide his clients throughout the healing of their own issues with kindness, expertise, compassion and strength of heart.

Greg lives happily in Albury, NSW with his family.

He can be contacted there on 0418 691 726 for private counselling and BodyWork sessions.

Greg and Darlene Williams are also Co-Founders of The Sanctuary~Lane Cove in Sydney where they co-facilitate group workshops utilizing their counselling and bodywork skills.
