Hands on Hypnotherapy Training

If you have taken other Hypnotherapy training, you will probably find this easier to learn than most. The reason being that we lay the course out logically, making it easy to learn by building on your success over the course of the training. You won't have to watch long, boring videos of someone else doing Hypnosis -- You will see it demonstrated live and you will do it. You can learn it easily.

This is more than just an Hypnosis Training. You will also have the advantage of Greg and Rosie's years of practical clinical experience. We will pass onto you our extensive experience with group energy and dynamics. We also limit the number of participants in our training's to ensure that you are fully supported throughout all aspects of the training.

This training is designed to be simple to learn and easy to master.

Bilateral Stimulation

As well as teaching you several powerful and complementary styles of hypnosis we incorporate Bilateral stimulation. Bilateral stimulation is utilised in many modern powerful therapies such as EMDR and Brainspotting to process trauma and enhance learning and performance outcomes.

Studies using Pet Scans have shown that Bilateral stimulation occurs naturally during hypnosis. That is why our use of devices to increase bilateral stimulation during hypnosis complements and greatly enhances the power of hypnosis. (click here for more information)
